LFG Hockey Club aims to provide an environment focused on developing competitive hockey players with more ice time, quality puck touches, game feel in a relaxed environment and 90-minutes to do it all each session. With each shift on the ice AND on the bench, we hope to further connections, ties and relationships that allow players to develop rapidly but also grow each player's access to the adult hockey community.

MORE ICE TIME
- No more shimmying down the bench, waiting for a player to get off the ice. The 2-minute timer with a buzzer is how we differentiate ourselves from any other pick up skate around.
MORE PUCK TOUCHES
- Two lines with different skill levels help you get the most out of your 2-minute shift - which means more touches on the puck instead of the most skilled players hogging the puck from end to end.
RELAXED ENVIRONMENT
- Pick up skates or shinnys have a tendency to be more relaxed and friendly - we take it to another level with music and players that are there just to improve with more opportunities to get on the ice.
TWO GOALIES, ALWAYS
- We're not fans of shooting at posts or shooter tutors. Plus real life goalies are more game-like!
BEST VALUE FOR YOUR BUCK
- The 90-minute sessions break down to 10 minutes of warm-up and 80 minutes of running clock. For the price, we are the biggest deal in town.

- Within these sessions, we've met some of our closest hockey friends; so yes, we are also here for the bromance and the womance.
